All bookings submitted through our website are subject to scheduling availability. We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests.

3. Pet Health & Vaccinations

For the safety of all animals and our grooming team, pets must be fully vaccinated (including Rabies) prior to their session. You must disclose any health conditions, skin allergies, or aggressive behaviors beforehand.

While we take extreme care to ensure the safety and wellness of your pets, Grooming Gallery is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, sudden illness, or stress reactions that occur during standard, professional handling.
